is bulking up! She gained EIGHT OUNCES this week. That's the most in her entire life, gained in one week. Hurrah for Abby! Here she is... more comfy in her new "seat."

- On the 5th day of her life, Abigail was diagnosed with a large VSD -- a hole in her heart. Since then we've been doing everything including feeding her the fat scraped from the top of breastmilk to fatten her up. We hope she will be eating a cheeseburger shortly after surgery which is scheduled for when she is 4 1/2 months old.

Beautiful girl! She'll be zooming through the size charts before you know it :o) Speaking of which....I'm sure you have tons of clothes ready and waiting for her, but if you need any "winter" duds in the 3 to 6 month range I just sorted out a whole bunch of Emily's things. acostakk@ah.org if you're interested!
